oh yes E30 fever. There is no real cure. I have one and cant stop thinking of all the thing I want to do it. I also find excuses to drive it. My wife thinks I am nuts to want to drive around a car that is 17 years old and not the newer one that is in the driveway.

In some cases a solid E30 will be cheaper to maintain than anything newer. It is not uncommon for an E30 to hit 250000 miles on just basic maintenance. Take care of them and they will run forever. I picked mine up with 150000 miles and didnt think twice about the mileage. You just ned to check the timeing belt and water pump to make sure they were changed recently.
