Not around here my friend. I recall a place in San Diego about 23 years ago. I know that is not much help.

One thing ...

Watch them closely when they UNWRAP the needle for your art.

20 years ago AIDS was not much of a problem .. unless you were a alternative lifestyle. Now ... big problem.

actually i think it is legal to get a tattoo if you are underage IF you have parental permission, i'm not sure but thats what i hear sometimes.
