Are we still working with Renn-Art? Anywhere else I can get some medium complex general maintainance on the TT?
I have a place in Arlington Heights, thats where I take the six for service. But, Im looking at Haldex service, tranny service (fluids/filter change), and other upcoming 60k general maintainance.

Whos the official IE service organization?

Downtown Chicago in Greek Town.  Chicago Auto Center is the only one I will trust with my car!  www.chicagoauto.net  Tell him I sent you.  Jakes car is up there as we speak.  He does warranty work too.  Check out his website for more details.  And I could put you in contact with many that will only use Demitri now

audi charges like a grand to tune up my car. my brother inlaw who drives an a6 told me about this place in schamburg, the guy only deals with high end european cars. i have to take my car there soon. he charges anywhere from 400 to 600 for a full tune up and inspection. and he is a certified audi mechanic. i forgot exactly where it is or what its called havent been there yet, but ive heard only excellent thinggs about it. ill ask my brother in law and tell u asap

Thanks. I will appreciate that information. We were going to as a community arrange a service provider that would collectively give us the best prices and one who we all were comfortable with concerning level of service.

I have one as I said, but, they are too pricey and since I do not know the service history of this TT, I want to go get all the regular service done so I know where I am in terms of chronologically and mileage.

Dubwerks does them all the time. That's just routine work for most shops. If you get your belt done make sure you do the water pump as well.
