I just went through a bantering of emails with BMW club of North America. Apparently they have been looking for an older six series is decent shape for a feature article. They found me via the windy city BMW club and we talked. There is a magazine called Automotive Magazine (never heard of it, but, I lead a sheltered life), and they want to use my six for a feature in their mag called "verticals". This is a monthly feature that takes an earlier generation of a car and a new one and compares them. Very Cool! Hey! We're confirmed. The magazine test run/pic shoot is Saturday January 19th about 2pm.
Need advice! The coordinator asked if there any good place near by to do the test run pic shoot. I have several thoughts, but I want some input from the group. I would really prefer it being close as possible to my house due to possible inclement weather. Post up the suggestions and if you all want, make plans to hang out and watch!! Woo Hoo!!
