So, for a buddy's bachelor party we are planning on going to the UP for some snowmobiling and skiing. Anyone have any experience with rental companies up there? We would prefer western UP near the ski resorts.

Better yet, anyone wanna loan me theres for a weekend?

Any suggestions?

Just watch out for drunk drivers on the trails and a map or gps are def. A good thing to have with you.

I saw this post over on ETK Matt and several of the responses. There was some good advice there for sure. Unfortunetly, I dont have any suggestions, I have owned snowmoblies in the past, but, never rented them. The only thing I can say is due to where you are going to be, make sure to over dress or at least bring more warm clothes than you think you may need. If I recall, it never failed, there was always some reason to unmount the sled and do something, as in remove snow form the skis, track, etc .... So, it was always colder off the sled than on it for some strange reason.

And, I would like to know how it worked out for you when you are back. This is exactly what I want to plan for me and #1 son. Maybe no the U.P., but, somewhere in wisconsin.

Have fun!
