Still means my car is faster if you've had it to 110 briefly... mine is governed at 159, with a chip/flash it won't be governed anymore... SALT FLATS HERE WE COME!

it is, somewhat... there's a few companies out there (i.e. evolve, heico, ipd) but they're pricy because it's not the most popular market.

they make some pretty sick volvos though

john ethan was tellin me his volvo can only go to 120? Also how light are the minis? For some reason i dont think they are that light. If i am not mistaken my integra weighed less than a mini.

mine is electronically limited to 130, but that's at like 4300 rpm in 4th gear.

I can tell you that his Volvo can go over 120... I have pictures to prove it, unless the later year S80 T6 was limited even lower...

Curb Weights
Mini: 2678 lbs (http://www.modernracer.com/minicoopers.html)
S80 T6: 3583 lbs (http://www.modernracer.com/volvos80t6.html)

That is 905 lbs difference if my calculations are right... the Mini is no where near 1/12th of the weight of my Volvo, hmm thats weird huh?

Power to Weight Ratio (lbs/hp)
Mini: 2678/163-170= 16.43-15.75 (http://www.modernracer.com/minicoopers.html)
S80 T6: 3583/268=13.37 (http://www.modernracer.com/volvos80t6.html)

I had it to 130 (on Speedometer), Scan Gauge says 127 in the picture I have, but the car was at like 3500 rpm at 127. It had more to go for sure, but the road started to turn and there was a Semi up ahead so I let off it. You were talking about breaking 120 though, and I said my car could go over 120, not 130, but I don't doubt it could break 130.

Yeah, I think it could break 130, I could have sworn it was electronically limited at 159 or something, time to look it up.

Top speed : 150 mph(electronically limited)

no comment (you don't want to hear my comments)... it's all about personal preference, but lets not compare a mini to a volvo s80

... nore/eric we should post a thread comparing the 2 on NAM haha.
