we got it for around 3k, and importin it will cost a bit more, yes we will be able to title and insure it

are you going through an importer to get it federalized? I was looking at an E30 touring from Canada and checked into it and it was going to cost close of 10k. Good luck that is going to be a very sweet ride when its done.

its a 79,, doesn't have to go though emissions. from what i read
