I have "Eagle Scouts" on my plates... It's gotten me out of 2 tickets so far, and a few cops have told me that they wished they could get that on their cars cuz they are Eagle's as well... BUT Illinois doesn't offer the Eagle Scout license plate, unlike Ohio   furitjosh

Really? I always hand that to them along with my license and usually I'll also get a "congratulations" or something along those lines.
