two things

why is this in suggestions lol

I had a similar experience where in skokie i cracked my rim on the integra. Trying to get skokie to pay for the damages would be pretty hard since you have no proof it was a specific pothole that did that.

No idea if Skokie would pay but I know Joliet has. I do beleive that in the case that happened in Joliet there was a rash of complaints over a couple of days. I would it is worth trying to get Skokie to pay for it. Just document your case with pictures and receipts.

It won't "feel bent", especially if you cannot easily discern if there is damage by just looking at it.  You will be able to better tell if it is bent by seeing if it is holding air over a period of days or weeks (depending on how bad the bend is).  You will also be able to see a tip in the sidewall of the tire as it collapses to fill in the space where the wheel is no longer supporting the bead of the tire.  That will take weeks or months for it to be noticeable though.  On the other hand, you can just take it to a tire shop and have them submerge your wheel and tire to see if it is leaking air along the edge of the wheel at the tire bead.

yah today after school i tired to put some air in it and it didnt hold i looked at the side wall and theres a big rip in it from what i see is that the rim cut the tire wen i hit the pot hole

i then  went to two tire shops they but the rim on the balance machine and said it didnt whoppel should be fine so now i have to use my uni stage two chip money toward new tires bc seems like all of the tires need to be replaced anyway  Angry
