I have a coworker looking to get a gps system, but, they prefer to get one installed rather than a portable unit. Anyone have good/bad ideas on a particular brand? Also, anyone have a place that did a good job and decent price? Thanks.

Armondos Sound in Chicago. Real chill place. Tell em Sergey sent you. Cant really go wrong with Alpine or Pioneer.

I would go with a kenwood one for the reason that they use garmin navigation so you know they are good (at least the new ones)
