Tires are expensive by you ?

Last month, I changed front tires on my beetle, I spend 165€ (about 210$).

it depends on what i'm buying, my winter tires were 87$ each, so, about 440$ total.

but my summer tires were about 700$ for the set.

I took the BF Goodrich T/A KDW's off the dub and put the stock 15" Buggati wheels with Goodyear GT-HR's on. They're so so. Better than the KDW's though. On the Audi I have the stock Avus' with Goodyear Eagle F1 All Season tires. Tire rack reviews were bitchin for the tires. Hopefully I won't see as much snow as I did in Chicago though. But then again I should have the Jeep up and running so the Dub won't be driven as much.

On my beetle I put 2 Toyo 330 in size 165X80X15. My rear tires are still the Continental that I install 4 year ago.
I would like to put Michelin Collection but it's expensive, 150€ a tire   Shocked.
On my Renault Clio, there are 4 Continental.

Micheline X-ICE Xi2 on the 242 turbo (RWD)    and probably a combo on the S70 (FWD)   Nokian WRg2 on the rear, blizzaks on the front.

HA! glad i live in Florida. i don't have to shell out the money for winter tires. i still use my BFG g-Force T/A KDWs all year. and i still use the stock Pirelli P-Zero Rossos on my Cobalt. i'm very impressed with the Pirelli P-Zeros.

BUT if i did live in a northern climate, i would probably get some BFG g-Force KDWSs just to keep with the BFG fanboy part of me lol.
