Just want to see who may be interested.

I heard there are a couple of folks who are in the market to make some changes and I thought we could have another meet at my place. I was thinking that the best time is over the Christmas break to allow some of the college members to participate if they want.

So, does anyone feel up to coming by to:

1. Help
2. make some mods to their car
3. Bring food & drink
4. none of the above

Does the Christmas break work? If so, which day?

If those days work for everyone else, then that will be fine. We can also split this over two days to accomodate more folks. Im not against having two get together days to fit in all the work. I only have two bays in the heated garage, and depending on our spring job (if that goes through) that may an all day event.

Ok,

How about I throw out a suggestion for one of the days. Does anyone like the weekend after Christmas? Saturday the 27th or Sunday the 28th?

Those days seem to be in the middle where many of you should have some time off right after Christmas and probably looking for an escape.

We can also keep an early January date open as well.

Any day between Christmas and New Years weekend will work for me.

I'm closing our shop for that week.

I need to install new springs  bubbrubb

This should take a half day.

I may get this done sooner if I get some shop time at a friends shop.

Then I will give a helping hand to anyone that needs it.

I'll make sure to have the spring compressor, my basic ones. I would like to know if any of our boardies has a pro one though. Can they bring it? I have no earthly idea how big the damn thing is.

professional spring compressors are usually huge and mount on a wall. The rental ones from the parts store will work fine, but be careful with them!
