VW realised a Golf « Plug-in Hybrid ».
His engine is a 2.0 TDI of 122 HP + an electric engine of 82 HP.
To load his battery, you just have to plug the Golf on 220V.
This car use about 2.5L of diesel per 100km  => 0.66 Gallon per 60 miles.
We must wait 2010 to buy one. About the price, it's a mystery.
