if i EVER caught someone doing that to MY cars, i wouldn't want them fired, no, hell no. i would go over there and chase them down one by one and beat the living crap out of them. they have absolutely NO right to do that. all 3 of them are probably just oil techs and shopboys. they had nothing to do with the alignment tech or bodyshop. transferring cars from one point of the dealership to another is a shopboy's job, not an actual tech's.

Are you talking about this specific guy? or another case? Cause last i heard the guy didn't want anything from the dealer other than an appolodgy.
