Anyone else have this issue?  About 50% of the time that I log in and click "Show unread posts since last visit"... It doesn't display any new messages.  I go back to the home page and I see lots of new posts.

Any ideas?

This site works best in Firefox or Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher.
I know there is problems with IE6 and earlier and Safari.
I will try and get it straightened out for you guys though.
I would really recommend Firefox, it is really the best browser out.

Here is the problem.  Looking for a fix.

The people who were having trouble with the 'show unread posts since last visit' link were all those who chose the 'forever' option when signing in. Those who have  been signing in 'forever' never got any unread posts showing from that link.

That was my guess, but I could never find where to change that option after signing up for the first time. Is there a place or is that option missing?

Hi,
I am gonna try and work on the "fix" tonight.
The only thing I can suggest for now is always logout when you leave the site.
I know it sux but I will get it fixed.

I wouldn't say never.  Sometimes it works for me and sometimes it doesn't.  Hopefully you find the "fix" Smiley

When you log out the screen will refresh itself to log back in. There is a drop down menu that reads "forever" as default - select something different and click log in  spot

^^ +1 this works, but does it mean that you if you selected "1 hour" that you would not be able to see unread posts within that hour?

im not quite sure about that because i just leave it as forever and look for the yellow bullets - although i have been noticing this too: i stay logged in forever and close out safari when i'm done and then when i go back in, it is working 90% of the time.

thanks for giving the karma fairy karma Smiley
