i'm guessing because its probably like a race tire with an inner tire type thing. Goodyear uses the same technology in their NASCAR race tires. its like an innertube, but has a bit more strength to keep the car moving after the tire blows out, almost like a runflat i guess.

by the way, this car doesn't come in the same color, it only looks sexier in this color lol.
