This is the deal....

A brake pad went bad and was wearing quickly.  Low and behold some metal "bits" where strewn about on rim.  I took a cleaning pad to it, ya know, the one for dishes that has a smooth and scrubbing side.  Well it roughed up the rim (light scratches) and there are still some residue in the spoke area.

Any ideas:
a) how to polish the rim back up (maybe a mothers cone?)
b) get the rest of the crap off my wheel

Any suggestions??

Also while I'm at it....how about cleaning a blackend up tail pipe. The R350 need's some elbow grease!!

I had the same thing happen on my S4... I don't remember how I resolved it.

But Eagle One makes a polish that comes in a can that works AMAZING on stainless steel exhaust tips.
