It has been talked about and used many times over on VolvoSpeed and SwedeSpeed, that for black plastic trim on the outside of your car, you can use Kiwi Black Leather shoe Dye to help restore it to a darker black color instead of the faded greyish it starts to turn after a while, so I figured I would ask if anyone around here has done this with their car. I'm gonna look at buying some sometime this week then getting around to it next weekend, pictures will surely follow.

I have actually heard that too - but I have not tried it - I would suggest to try it on a small piece somewhere and see how it comes out first.

I've used tire wet to obtain a temporary black look, but that doesn't stay for long...

used some seatcovers to cover up a scratch in the Mazda leather just before trading it in on the mini.
