I think that is what we intended with the service DIY section.  Maybe there should be a sub category of each service category for DIY's?  What do you think?

Don't we kinda have that already? We've got the "Fix it" section and then the subcategories of Audi, BMW, Volvo, etc... Isn't that okay?

I wouldn't want to see the site to get crowded with tons of sections. Kind of makes things confusing.

In this situation I think it might be good just because if you made a DIY, and I wanted to do it this weekend but had to search threw all these posts just to find it I might get a bit frustrated.

So I was thinking a DIY section that was controlled by admins would be nice. (ex:I make a thread for my DIY and ask admins to post it in DIY section)

ya i think we should just have a general DIY section... like people post how to do things with pics. Like i could post tint out your tailights DIY. I have always thouthg the fix it section were bassicly help sections...

like a Tutorial Section, where it can only be the tutorial in a post so it's easy to sift through, just the tutorial, easily labeled with decent/good pictures... i think theres a lot of potential for that... i'd like to see it...

The fix it section should be left alone.

But add a DIY section and the first part of the subject it should state the make of car.

ex: Audi-Fiber glass
       BMW-Brakes
       etc
       etc

Did you make the section already? Is it locked so the moderators/admins are the only ones that can post in there?

That will keep multiples out and unnessary posts.
