download and run memtest+, it could easily be a multitude of things...
-are you running a raid?
-what board is it? latest bios?
-is this a brand new system you just built, or did your recently upgrade?
-have you moved ram to different slots? it may be a bad motherboard dimm socket
-how long/where before you get the blue screen?
-do you feel confident attempting a linux distro install? (might return better information in verbose output)
ultimately bring it down to the basics, just mobo, 1 stick of memory, cpu, cdrom, whatever it is you need to start the install, remove any cards that aren't needed, and see where you get from there. with that said, good luck.
