Did you already replace the bushings?  Let me know if you still need help.  I have installed urethane subframe bushings on all 3 of my e30's.  Unfortunately I am down to one e30 now, but it was built with parts from the other 2....lol

Im working on the six this coming Sunday. I may get to those as well. I am sure they can be changed due to the age of mine. Sunday is my personal mod day at my garage. Anyone is welcome if you want. My garage is large enough, I think Adam can vouch for that.

I'll actually begin saturday night after the kids go to bed. Then Sunday, I'll be out there as soon as I can find the garage w/o a flashlight.  Grin

Pretty early I expect. But, the way I work, I take my time, LOTS of breaks during the day.  thumbsup

Tell you what, I'll check the board saturday evening to see if anyone else wants to drop by, just let me know and pop over. No reservations required.

My tenative game plan is like this,

I am getting the brake parts, rotors, pads, etc ... Saturday afternoon. Probably going to work on the yard before dark, and then spend some time with the kids before they head off to bed. After everyone is asleep, I am going to put the six up on the jack stands and start playing around with it. I dont know how far I'll get, I am going to do more of an analysis than actually do work sat night. I dunno, I may take the rotors off, it all depends on how motivated I am at that point. Sunday early, I am going to replace rotors, pads sensors. Then, if there is anything else that appears out of whack, I'll see if I can get parts, but, I know the import parts store is closed on sunday so if it is something bmw specific for the six, it will have to wait until monday when I can get to the store.

Like I said, since its my car, and it NOT a daily driver, I do things at a relaxed pace. If the cars gets laid up for a week on the stands, no worries.

So if you or anyone else wants to stop by and use what space and tools I have, feel welcome to do so. More than likely, it will turn into a beer and brats event than fix-it-up event. But, that depends on the person coming. If you really motivated to get something done, have at it!

Im not taking away from mike, we all can go there. I just prefer to leave my car at home because I want to work on it at a slow pace.

I have a puller like that, its actually for pulleys but same consept, and I could/will help. If it need be I can bring it on Sun. possibly. Still debating the mod gathering, but getting a boost leak test done sounds real nice.
