I was thinking since this is a Euro car site, that it would be cool to make the logo match the colors of the European
Flag... I love the design, but I just thought if you changed the font to blue it would make it so much better IMO. heres what I envisioned:
Something like this.. Sorry for tampering with the logo or if I offended anyone by messing with it.what do you guys think?

sorry - but I think that is way too dark - especially for this site.

Looks good. I like the idea of kind of following the european union flag a bit, but the blue is to dark to notice the writing...

As the guy who did the logo no offense taken.  I always am more critical of my own work than anyone else. For example it bugs me how heavy the black stroke is around the .com portion (its the same as the rest).

I had a version with the whole flag behind the state and it took away from the text. As it is I like the idea of the blue text to match the EU flag but like others I think it is a bit hard to read on the grey background.  Now if we get tired of the highway theme on the board after 6 months and go to a light background blue it is. I could outline it in white to make it pop more though. Of course it may delay the business cards a day or two while I change yellow to blue. (read below if you think that time frame is reasonable, I was speaking in designer talk)

oh and your photoshop skills are better than some "designers" I know who have no idea how to even replace a color, and they charge 120 bucks an hour. (they gotta pay guys like me or a print shop $65 an hour -1 hour minimum- to change a color, and man sometimes it takes a couple hours to do.) Wink

God that took forever. (actually it took longer to open the program)
